I picture him bringing himself off eyes glued
to the lucid screen of men in their prime heated bodies thrashing
against the cold glare of the camera
forced moans inherent script the rock-and-roll
lullaby of fucking I reckon
he would time it strum himself to the point of relief
then stop settle keep himself
at pleasure not pleased wouldn’t want
a suddenness of frenzied excitement to pour out too soon
thick wades of his labour wasted
like champagne bottles at Grand Prix races and he’d imagine
himself with them character boyfriend
or stepbrother home early from work or the gym
would return and taste adultery with a generous swig and finish
